30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@cyranventures.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened personal care items, intimate accessories, and digital products. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll send the correct item with expedited shipping and arrange pickup of the incorrect item at our expense.
